Your Responsibilities as a Client

A caregiving relationship works both ways. Clients are expected to:

Provide a safe, respectful, and healthy working environment for the caregiver.

Give 15–20 days' notice for any replacement request.
Inform the company immediately in case of a medical emergency involving the patient.
